The service is simple. A call comes in. It is answered and you need to transfer it to a colleague or other office or call centre!
You have 5 pre-stored destinations in #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 as well as using #3 to allow you to enter any number to send that specific call to.
Pressing # puts your caller on hold. They hear music or on-hold bleeps then dial the number where you want it forwarded to, your caller hears ringing until the person you have transferred to answers the call.
Once you have replace your receiver the line is freed up again allowing you to accept another call.
