They did tak a bit of time for the service to start being a voip 03 number

customer service said if i do voiceover my self will save £35 they even suggested audacity for a free recording studio app – did my self, sent in the recording, they came back and said try again, not good enough!! thought they might be trying to get me to pay, i played it back! they were right it was rubbish . did another checked before sending it in – this time they said it was good – This is a company you can trust

Bought voip from Talk Numbers OK quality calls – Vibs was went through the pros and cons of a phone app rather than a handset like yealink – 3 star only because why cant their App be as good as a dedicated voip phone !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems a smart phone is not so smart!

They offered a upgrade to number for the same price – it had already been sold 🙁 , Took the upgrade

Choosing the number on the website was a bit problematic, there search bar needed the the last 4 numbers this was not explain in the search. Gave a call to customer service a person called Vibs answered (very helpful and friendly) and she said they would sort out the problem. lets see if the take my advise. My experience was the website wa could be much more intuitive, The customer service saved there day, otherwise my review would have been marked lower — becasuse it took a while to choosing the a number on the webeite — otherwise cant complain

Excellent call quality, all the options i need and more!. Advice from customer service was again excellent, they could have made extra by using their own voiceovers personnel , instead they suggested downloading a software where i could do my own. What company would do that . Not out screw every pound out of you – i think they want you long term as a customer , Fair and honest That ends the lesson! If you want a fair company that looks after you and does the best this is the one – Wish all companies were like this. This is a honest review

It works – Prices is quite cheap, not many feature in their basic voip, call quality can be hit an miss – maybe i’ll upgrade later to the other voip services which they said offer far better quality

Good service a bit slow on the set of the sip line (they mentioned 999 service was not registering properly) went for there starter package, very good price, they don’t show it on website, they offered over the phone £7.50!!! – OK very limited call minutes and no bells and whistles actually none apart from a standard voicemail, which you cant change!- using a mobile to get the calls then you need an app they recommend bria at 99 pence per month – thats all i needed -would not suite everyone a very basic service

Went with a VoIP unlimited package and an inbound number, can’t fault the customer service – Highly recommended

We use Agent Ready, Time zones, Dates and other services – as a company we time sensitive, 1 minute can make a difference. To us time changes need to per second not per minute and this one of the few companies that can do and as well add agent ready. This gives this company a winning formulae for us and other companies.
