Terms of Sale

Once payment has been taken by Talk Numbers, we can only refund, if the bespoke chosen number is not available or cannot be registered by the Network. This occurrence however is extremely rare. Payment will then be refunded in full immediately

From taking payment to registration of your bespoke mobile number takes approximately 7-10 working days

After your chosen memorable number is registered and active you have two options:

Your bespoke mobile number can be sent to you on a SIM (PAYG) this will be sent by registered post to the address given by yourself

or

Should you wish to port your number to your favourite network, you can request a PAC Code which will be sent to you by email or text – Your choice!

There is no extra charge to port the number to another network

Please do not advertise or print stationary or tell your friends! until your bespoke number is confirmed registered and live
